Alpaca and Nat Alpaca

The Baby Alpaca fibers that make up this yarn come from selected farms in the Andean altiplano, in Peru and Bolivia.
For this ALPACA yarn with its exceptional feel, characterized by its softness and warmth, Fonty has created a range of delicate and original colors. ALPACA yarn is knitted with needles number 3 to 3.5.
ALPACA yarn also exists in ALPACA NAT, which is an untreated and undyed version of the same yarn, available in several natural fleece colors.
As with all wools spun from Alpaca fibers, it is advisable to wash your items by hand in cold water, without rubbing, preferably using organic Marseille soap flakes. It is also recommended to rinse in clean, cold water and dry flat.
