Mustache

MOUSTACHE is the latest addition to the Fonty mohair yarn family, consisting of OMBELLE - KIPODALE - BLING-BLING - and MOUSTACHE. Entirely natural, it is made from a precious blend of three exceptional fleeces. The 30% super kid mohair fibers provide the vaporous, cloudy, and fuzzy appearance typical of mohair yarns. The 20% silk adds the strength and elasticity of silk with its shiny and even finish. The extra-fine merino fiber completes the ensemble by giving it its fullness, volume, and softness. The super kid mohair fiber is harvested from the youngest goats of the so-called "angora" breed, historically of Caucasian origin, today largely raised on the high plateaus of South Africa, although high-quality breeding has been developing in France for several years.

MOUSTACHE can be knitted alone or doubled. When knitted alone, MOUSTACHE is recommended for needles number 3.5 to 4. The MOUSTACHE color range is oriented towards soft and warm tones of ochre and pastels.

MOUSTACHE is best washed by hand, with mild soap (Marseille soap, if possible organic), without spinning, and drying flat.
