Zephyr mini-balls

The Zéphir mini-ball yarn is new to Pelotes de Pénélope for fall 2019. ZÉPHIR is a light-as-a-breeze yarn, made from 100% 25-micron natural wool, and knits on needles number 1.5 to 2.5. It is very fine, very soft, extremely fluid, and is suitable for both machine knitting and very precise hand knitting. It is presented on cones and is very popular with artisans, weavers, embroiderers, and knitters. Knitted alone in single thread, assembled in double thread or with another thread (for example OMBELLE or KIDOPALE ), it is strong, soft and structured. Its range of colors is rich and wide, and corresponds to the main colors used in classic embroidery. ZÉPHIR is a 2-ply thread, which is preferably washed by hand, with Marseille soap, without spinning, and dried flat. ZÉPHIR is available in the form of 5g mini balls, for embroidery, tapestry, sewing or canvas.
